I chose my massage therapy career to complement my ever increasing hunger for knowledge of how the body works and why, and its relationship to our minds and spirits.
I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, New York.
In 2004, I was fortunate enough to begin working on the day that I received my NYS license, with a true healing massage therapist, Patricia McKenna, in Brockport, NY.* Within a few months I had also begun practicing as the LMT at The College of Brockport Student Health Center.**
In 2012, after eight years of full-time massage therapy practice, I opened my own independent practice*** while continuing at the college at Brockport. I reduced my schedule to part time evening hours and have continued at my own practice after becoming a mom in 2015.
